DR. OLUNIYI ADEBAMIJI ADEGOKE
A NAME THAT RINGS BELL IN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
DR. OLUNIYI ADEBEMIJI ADEGOKE is a well-known serial entrepreneur with interest in Real Estate development, construction, farming and humanitarian services. He hails from Oluyole Local Government Area in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He had his primary education in Ifelodun community primary school and secondary education at Ibadan boy’s high school both in Ibadan. After his secondary education, he proceeded to Federal Polytechnic Ede and Yaba College of technology where he completed his OND and HND in Architecture. He advanced his education by obtaining masters in Real estate Management (MRE) from Antwerp Management School in 2012.
In his quest for more knowledge and continuous industry relevance, he registered for project management where he gained more insight into best practice, approach to project Management and was honored with PMP certification, 2013. He further his quest for more knowledge in business world as a business owner with experience of over 13 years in design, construction, real estate and business development by backing it up with MBA from prestigious Nexford University Washington Dc, USA, 2021. An Honorary Doctorate Degree Holder of European American University 2021, he worked with ITB Nigeria Limited, Victoria Island as assistant project manger between 2007 to 2008. His quest for personal business leads him to establish a company Priscone Built in the year 2008 and after two years of tremendous growth becomes Priscone Built Nig. Ltd. The company is with a vision of becoming a global Brand, bridging infrastructural gaps in communities with collaborations with state governments and community leaders. In the year 2012, he established another firm known as Priscone Plus Properties Limited, a sister company to Priscone Built Nig with offices across Lagos and Ogun states of Nigeria. In the 2018, he diversified part of his interest into cash crop farming and establish another company in area of Agriculture known as Colorful Ocean farm Trends Limited (COFT Ltd) with interest in cashew farms and Palm oil plantation farming.
He is happily married with children.
