Chief Murphy Walter Osuala the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of MPL Empire Homes & Construction Limited. He is a native of Isiekenesi South Local Government in Imo State and was born into a Royal Family whose parents were High Chief Jacob Osuala and Late Mrs. Osuala, a last born of six children. He attended both primary and secondary schools in Onitsha before relocating to Lagos. He studied Criminology & Security in National Open University in Lagos State and later travelled to Japan, where he opted for Real Estate Development & Construction Business, in which he innovated and successfully floated Empire Real Estate Business for successful 17years before returning to Nigeria (Lagos) to make innovative and better contributions to Housing Developments in Lagos (Nigeria). His office is at Orchard Road in Chevron Axis, Lekki, Lagos.
Today, Chief Murphy Osuala has made significant success in Luxury Real Estate Development Construction, Project Management and Delivery, making him one of the Real Estate Developers, recognized and awarded by City People Magazine. Since 2013 he started and Integrated MPL Empire Homes & Construction Limited in Nigeria. The firm has enjoyed both outstanding and goodwill in Quality Estate Products delivery to her corporate clienteles, with strong patronage from corporate bodies, private individuals, co-operative societies, institutions and companies.
